Stripes, Sustainability, Earth Day

Today is Earth Day and I wanted to write a quick note about what I think sustainability means for my brand and how I approach that. When people ask about sustainability in fashion, generally they are talking about ecological fabrics, or transparent tracing of the production chain. There is also a lot of focus on the production of clothes and the production of fabrics, since both create substantial pollution and waste. But I feel like there’s another element to it as well that isn’t talked about quite as much.
